Information we collect

When you place an order, Cake Haven may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order selections, customization notes, payment status and order-tracking information.

How information is used

We use customer information to prepare orders, process payments, coordinate delivery, provide order status and respond to customer requests. We do not publish customer delivery addresses or private order information.

Payments

Payment processing is intended to be handled through Stripe. Cake Haven does not need to store full payment-card details on its own database.

Data services

Cake Haven uses technology providers to operate the website, database, authentication, hosting and payment workflow. Information required for those services may be processed by those providers subject to their own security and privacy practices.

Order tracking

Customers receive a private tracking token. Keep this token confidential because it is used to retrieve limited order-status information.

Retention and requests

Business records may be retained as reasonably required for order fulfillment, accounting, support and legal obligations. Customers may request correction of inaccurate information associated with an order.
